Begin is probably the list understood prime minister from today's people eyes. Yet, as Gordis shows, his deeds could be structured along a handful of principles which are far from just being extreme.

Although written by an American zionist which leads to oversimplifaction and some omissions which are hardly unconscious, this book is a great intro to Begin for beginners. It is extremely clearly written, and structured to be read.
